A spicy cowboy romance series.
Let me introduce you to the Wells Ranch Series by Bailey Hannah, a spicy cowboy romance series that completely swept me away.
I discovered it right after finishing two of Kristen Proby’s cowboy romances and still craving that rugged, heartfelt western charm. I’m so happy I gave this author’s debut novel a go!
What stood out to me right away is how this series feels a little different from others. It’s more real, a bit grittier, and full of emotion. That sense of authenticity is what makes it shine for me.
Bailey Hannah includes trigger warnings and makes it clear she doesn’t shy away from how things actually work on a ranch, even the parts we might not necessarily want to read about.
But honestly, those realistic details add so much depth. They ground the stories and make the Wells family and their world feel truly lived-in. Each couple brings something new: their dynamics, their growth, and all those quiet moments that make you fall a little more in love with them every time.
The Wells Ranch Series is planned as a five-book cowboy romance saga, and as of now, three books are available. The fourth is set to release in December 2025, and I can’t wait to dive back into this world.
If you’re a fan of emotional, slow-burn, spicy cowboy romances with small-town charm, strong character development, and authentic western vibes, this series deserves a spot on your TBR.
Before you start, make sure to check the author’s website. She lists content warnings for each book, which I love and appreciate for mindful reading.
